Effective March 5th, 2024, HubSpot is launching their new seat based pricing model valid for all Hubs and subscription levels - Starter, Professional and Enterprise for new customers. Hence, the previous minimum level of Sales and Starter Hub paid seats will be removed and replaced by this new seat based solution.
This update results in the following main changes:
Now we will dig deeper into the different Seat Types. The following Seat types will be available according to the new pricing model:
Implementing these changes, HubSpot aims to improve in flexibility in seat solutions combined with giving their customers more control of portal costs.
With five users included in the Free Tools it will be easier for business to grow with their platform lowering the barrier to enter. Start for free and scale! Unlimited View-Only users in combination with no minimums of Sales and Service Hub paid seats also enables HubSpot customers to pay as their grow.
This update will launch 5th of March, 2024, only valid for NEW customers purchasing after this date. Existing customers will not be affected and stay with current solution.
