My Internship at TeQflo: An Exciting 10-Week Journey

Hello! My name is Terese Popov, and I am currently in the midst of my internship here at TeQflo. I’m in my third and final term studying digital analytics at the Media Institute in Malmö. Over these 10 weeks, I look forward to growing and learning a lot within this knowledgeable team.

1. Background and Purpose of My Internship

To really dive into digital marketing, I am also currently taking a course in social media marketing. This is a field I am passionate about, and I am excited to connect what I learn here with my studies. Previously, I worked as a licensed beauty therapist and ran my own beauty salon in Malmö full-time since 2012. After many years as a business owner, I felt it was time for a new challenge and an opportunity to broaden my knowledge. I believe in lifelong learning—there’s always more to discover!

2. What I’ve Done So Far

From day one, I have been warmly welcomed at Teqflo. I truly feel like a part of the team, and I appreciate the support from my mentor, Sofia. Since she has also completed a similar program at the same school, she knows exactly what I, as an intern, need, which creates a safe and educational environment for me.

So far, I have participated in many interesting tasks:

-Attended internal meetings
-Analyzed Teqflo’s website and social media
-Conducted competitor analyses and created status reports
-Presented the analyses I’ve developed
-Written blog posts
-Set up strategies for social media and planned fun and educational content

3. Upcoming Tasks and Goals

And it doesn’t stop there. I will continue with what I’m doing now, but in the upcoming weeks, I will also be involved in:

-Customer meetings
-Launching Teqflo’s TikTok
-Advertising
-Podcast recording and editing
-Email marketing
-Workflows and marketing automation
-Photography, filming, and editing

I am really looking forward to learning more and growing in my role.

Summary

My time at Teqflo has so far been a fantastic start to my career in digital analytics and marketing. I am genuinely excited about what’s to come and all the new lessons I will learn with this inspiring team!
